Twikle - Privacy Policy

At Twikle ("we," "us," or "our"), we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose information when you use our App ("Twikle" or the "App"), your personal yoga companion. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. We do not require you to create an account or provide login credentials to use the App, and we designed our data practices to be transparent and user-centric.

We collect information about you in two main ways: (1) information you voluntarily provide to us ("User-Provided Information") and (2) information we automatically collect when you use the App ("Automatically Collected Information"). We do not collect more information than necessary to provide and improve the App's features.

When you use the App, we may automatically collect certain technical and usage information to improve the App's performance and user experience. This information does not personally identify you and may include:

• Device Information: Details about your device, such as device model, operating system (OS) version, unique device identifiers (e.g., UUID), and battery level (to optimize App performance).
• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the App, such as features used (e.g., AI guidance, customizable practices, guided sequences), time spent on each feature, frequency of use, and preferred yoga categories or poses.

• Edit or Delete Your Data: Modify or delete your practice data, notes, or photos directly in the App. Deleted data will no longer be accessible to you or displayed in the App.

We may retain backup copies of your data for a limited period to comply with technical or legal requirements, but these copies will not be used for any active purposes.
• Opt Out of Data Collection: You can choose not to provide User-Provided Information (e.g., not log practice data, not upload photos, not interact with the AI instructor). For Automatically Collected Information, you can limit certain data collection by adjusting your device settings (e.g., disabling crash reports), but this may affect the App's performance.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will promptly delete that information.
